該片是2020年上映的《漫畫威龍之大話特務(wù) ???》的續(xù)集，繼續(xù)由崔元燮執(zhí)導(dǎo)，講述的是想成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)漫畫作家而逃離國(guó)家情報(bào)院的暗殺要員“俊”(權(quán)相佑 飾)在醉酒的情況之下畫出了不該畫的一級(jí)機(jī)密，誰(shuí)成想漫畫大火，結(jié)果成為國(guó)家情報(bào)院和恐怖分子的雙重目標(biāo)而展開的搞笑動(dòng)作片，第二部繼續(xù)講述“俊”的故事。
